[Data] Introduction of Induction Heating Furnace in the Manufacturing Process of High-Pressure Cylinders and Measurement Evaluation Results
We will introduce a case where the introduction of an induction heating furnace has achieved energy savings, improvements in productivity and product quality, and enhancements in the working environment.
The manufacturing of high-pressure gas cylinders requires heating and heat treatment of metals, which consumes a large amount of energy. This document introduces a case where significant energy savings were achieved by introducing an induction heating furnace into this manufacturing process, along with improvements in productivity, product quality, and working environment. Additionally, it includes measurements and evaluations of energy usage before and after the introduction of the induction heating furnace, quantitatively clarifying the effects of its implementation. *This article was published in the journal "Electroheat No. 206 (March 2016)" by the Japan Electroheat Center.* [Contents] ■ Introduction of the induction heating furnace ■ Measurement and evaluation results of the induction heating furnace ■ Induction heating technology and application examples *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
